Amelia seems to be the most kindest girl you'll ever meet except for one thing… She has a desire to cause chaos whether it is at school, the neighborhood, or any place that she can find. She would deliberately try to wreak havoc no matter what kind of person tells her not to. So basically, she's a nonconformist who has no regard for the law or rules whatsoever. Just for a teeny tiny bit, she might conform if there were rules, but too bad. She just wants to cause chaos in every chance that she gets.
In the event that something seems to hinder her chaos-causing demeanor, she would go out of her way to make sure that this person will pay. She would not resort to violence in any way, but a cold glare might be the best chance to not shed any blood, that is if she ever has the need to beat up that person. That person being the victim in her case that she would prey on. The girl has never had a chance to go to therapy in a way as she might not get to wreak havoc.
Of course, she rarely gets upset at all, preferring to calmly not express some emotion for sometime, until something manages to break her walls. Sometimes, she even tries to hide her face in order for someone to not see her cry and it is usually a common thing, should the person ever make her cry. Just the creepy feeling that maybe this girl doesn't ever show any emotion outside of strained anger and apparent glee. Well, the strained anger is something that she can control since she doesn't ever express it unless something does manage to piss her off.

The tale of Amelia begins in a well-known town where the parents were apparently well-known detectives around their community. Her mother and father would hope that one day, their daughter would actually inherit the family name and position as a detective, solving cases whenever they could to aid the police force. From an early age, Amelia was a bit different as she had no desire to take up the family name…just yet. It was rather something that compelled her to take up a different interest.
In school, the girl had managed to get good grades, but what really clicked inside of her was that she wanted to create chaos whenever she went. Well, it was not like the rules were boring, no. It was rather that she wanted to cause it for fun. Fun that would make her happy, but the consequences were rather dire as in the teachers would never like it. And plus, she might get into trouble if she did, but she didn't have the slightest care. She managed to make a few friends there, sure, but her friends tend to avoid her whether she had the urge to create chaos in a classroom, thus putting her in the principal's office a few times.
Chaotic ventures were not limited to be at school, however, as she often had the chance whether she was at another building or in her own neighborhood. The parents were often privy to what their daughter had been doing and took her to numerous visits to therapists and each of them didn't know what was wrong. Perhaps the therapists were afraid that the girl might threaten them with violence if they ever dare spoke out. As the years went by, they were aware that their daughter had a different interest than what their family had been doing and seemingly had no problem with it.
Finally, the mother and father had decided that their daughter needed to have some education in some faraway academy and for the girl, it proved to be an excellent source of getting some chaos just for fun. Just the fact that the school has rules like any other school, but she might conform to it…just a little bit. Besides, the academy wasn't that bad as long as nobody seemed to care that there was a chaos-causing girl on the loose. She waved good-bye as she was taken to the strange academy where adventures await for the better…or for the unfortunate that happened to be there.
