Arthur is a friendly young man who seems to get along with just about everyone. Although, he does have a shy demeanor around girls which was the reason why he tends to avoid them much. He has a love for cooking and likes to cook food in his spare time. When he is faced with a predicament, he would often try to solve it with some ease, causing him to become stubborn when he can't solve it right. His stubbornness would lead to him making rash decisions and he would often get called out for it.
He rarely gets angry, but when he gets into an argument with someone, he tends to think it over rationally and calmly. Even so, if someone happens to insult him, prepare to get an angry lecture from him. He has a dislike for people who tend to bully others which is why he tries to go out on his way to stop that person from trying to mess with them. He seems to be protective of the younger students and he seems to enjoy reading when it comes to cooking.
He also tends to be a big brother towards the other younger students which he likes to be a role model to. He is soft-spoken, but nonetheless would try to voice his opinion to a subject if necessary. He also seems to be quite excitable when something good happens or if he tries out something new. Due to his love for cooking, he tends to be a bit of a dork on figuring out what kind of ingredients he needs for his dishes. He is also intelligent as he seems to know how to use his intellect for knowing what kind of ingredients he would use and also he is quite studious when it comes to schoolwork.

Arthur was born in Germany as an only child to his parents who were working as business executives at the time. He had all the luxury he could have in a manor and servants, but what interested him was the culinary shows that he had watched when he was about eight years old. His grandfather, however, wanted him to take up his father's footsteps. His parents knew that their son wanted to be a chef, but well…they couldn't argue with the paternal grandfather.
Needless to say, as the boy turned twelve on his twelfth birthday, he decided to try out some of the recipes that he had saw on television. For this endeavor, he had went to the grocery store and purchased some of the ingredients as seen on television to cook his first meal. After all that was done, he had waited until his parents were home and invited them to try out the meal he had cooked for himself. His father had commented that he had never tasted such a delicious meal and Arthur was proud.
As the years went by, Arthur continued to make the most out of the ingredients found in the pantry and refrigerator to make his meals much to the chagrin of his grandfather. He had also been enrolled in a rather expensive academy which had a cooking class of sorts. He was elated to finally have his talent recognized and immediately used his talent to its full potential. Finally, his parents decided that their son would attend another academy of some sort, a strange one that they didn't know of.
As Arthur waved good-bye to his parents, he was taken to the academy where he was somewhat excited to be in. The brochure had stated that the academy might have some classes that he might be interested in, so he decided to put his talent to the test. He was fairly young at the present age of sixteen, but he did have the smarts to try his culinary skills for once. And so, his adventure would begin…when he was sent to his dorm...
